It sticks to itself, won’t rip off hair or skin, is simple to use, comfy to wear and a hell of a lot less intimidating than metal handcuffs or rope. Best of all – it’s not only cheap, you can re-use it!

TRY A TIE-UP AND TEASE GAME
You don’t need any knot-tying skills to use bondage tape so you can tie your partner up quickly and easily – just make sure you don’t wrap it too tightly. The aim is to tie them up comfortably, not cut off circulation.
To tie wrists together
Decide if you want their hands tied in front of them, behind their back or held high above their head.
Wrap the tape around one wrist first, going completely around it, then wrap both wrists together. The insides of their wrists should face each other. Make sure you wrap it firmly but you don’t need to pull the tape too tightly.
To remove either unwind or cut the tape. (If it’s the first time you’ve tried a tie-up game, always have some blunt scissors handy in case anyone starts panicking!)
To tie ankles
It’s the same principle as above. Wind the tape around one ankle first, doing a complete loop, then tie both ankles together.
To tie them to a chair
Tying someone by the wrists to a chair is easy – so long as you have the right sort of chair. If the chair has space around the arms, try tying each wrist to each arm of the chair. Wrap the tape completely around their wrist twice first, then wrap it around the chair arm. Do the same to the other side, then get them to lift their feet onto the chair so you can do the same with their ankles. I think you’ve got the general idea by now, but start with one complete loop around the ankle, then tie it to the chair.
If you own a wooden chair with slats at the back, get them to put their hands behind the back of the chair and tie them to it that way; alternatively, try tying their wrists to the top of the chair legs.
Other furniture to try: table legs, the bed, any freestanding pole, a ladder, anywhere that allows you to wrap tape around! Tie them up standing up and you’ll have more access to the good bits!
What then?
You could try spanking them, teasing with a sex toy, temperature play (heat and/or cool some glass dildos or use ice-cubes), get them to give you oral sex or give it to them, have intercourse, play with food, role-play or – a firm favourite for lots of people – tease. How do I get it off?

Boob-tubes: Start underneath your breasts (or on your midsection – wherever you want the boob tube to start), pressing the tape flat to the body, then start working upwards, winding the tape around so it’s over-lapping. Keep going round and round until it’s at the level you want, then simply cut the end off and either lay it flat or tuck it into itself.
Mini’s and dresses: Start winding around the body at the lowest point and work upwards over the thighs and bottom until you reach the waist, remembering to overlap and keep the tension firm. Stop at the waist if you want a skirt, keep going upwards to create a boob-tube if you want a full dress.
Wrap yourself as a present: Fashion a skirt and boob-tube, then finish with a big bow! He can artfully create some Calvin Klein style pants or a stripper-style thong, adding the bow somewhere creative!
